In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

• 0-14 Days: Full Refund
• 15-21 Days: Store Credit
• 22+ Days: Not Eligible for Return
• BATHING SUITS ARE FINAL SALE

MARKDOWN & PROMOTIONAL SALE ITEMS

• Orders Placed on 9/7/2023 and after: FINAL SALE

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

To initiate a return or exchange, please click here. Returns are FREE. The return package must be postmarked within the return window or it will not qualify for a full refund. The return window begins on date the order was delivered.

After we receive your item, we’ll send you an email to let you know. We will inspect the product and process your refund if it meets the return requirements. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

For exchanges, return your merchandise within the return time frame laid out above and place a new order for the size/style you would like. Once we receive the original order we will issue a refund if the items meet the return requirements. 

FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES (Returns and Exchanges):

Bring your items to be returned to our store located at 1730 W Division Street. Please have your receipt and/or order number. You may send back your returns by following the above directions for online purchases.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS (After Purchase):

If we mark down the price of an item you've recently purchased, we will honor a price adjustment if the following applies:

• Request is made within 7 days of purchase
• Same color and size must be in stock
• Price adjustments will not be applied to future limited time promotions
• If a price adjustment is granted, the refund amount will be given back via store credit/gift card
